Please use the following charts as guidelines for measuring medication at home. These are considered general dosages only. If you have any questions, please speak with a doctor or nurse by calling our office.

Conversion Note: 5 ml = 1 tsp. We dose acetaminophen based on a child’s weight. We included the age category because that makes it easier to find your child’s position on the chart.
